Another resource I’m offering here is my own “tried and true” recipes from my own personal cookbook which is very thick.  These recipes are not my own creations because I don’t do that sort of thing but have been taken from my favorite cooks or cookbooks over the years. Of course, credit will be given where available. These are recipes that I keep in my regular rotation cookbook and are fool proof, fail safe, easy and relatively inexpensive to make.
